Established on April 18, 2010 the University of South Carolina Colony of Sigma Beta Rho Fraternity Inc. is the newest colony of the fraternity and is looking to expand across the Carolinas. Sigma Beta Rho is a national, multicultural Fraternity dedicated to cultural awareness and diversity at the University of South Carolina. Nationally founded in 1996, Sigma Beta Rho is the largest and fastest growing fraternity of it’s kind, present at over 45 schools in 16 states across the United States.
It is also the first multicultural Fraternity on campus. Ten men sought to bring the values and ideals of Society, Brotherhood, and Remembrance to the USC campus. They envisioned such values so that they may be shared among many unique individuals on campus.
